Prepared · Lead Advisor Pte. Ltd.

What we collect, why, who we give it to, and what you can ask us to do about it. Written under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act.

1. Who this notice is from

This notice is issued by Lead Advisor Pte. Ltd. (“Lead Advisors”, “we”, “us”), a bank introduction service registered in Singapore, at A Posh bizhub, 1 Yishun Industrial Street 1, #07-18, Singapore 768160. It explains how we handle personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).

It applies to this website, to enquiries you send us by form, WhatsApp, telephone or email, and to requests for bank introductions.

2. What we collect

When you enquire. Your name, contact number, email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about your business and your financing need.

If you choose Myinfo Business when it is available. A defined set of fields is shown to you on Singpass’ own consent screen before anything is released: your company identity and name, your name and Corppass registered email. You can edit the email and enter your phone number manually. Nothing is retrieved unless you approve it on that screen, and we cannot return later to retrieve more.

We never receive your Singpass password or your one-time password. We will never ask you for either, on this website, on the telephone, or over WhatsApp. Anyone who does is not us.

When you use the site. Standard request data, such as IP address, request time and browser information, may be processed by our hosting and security systems to serve and protect the website. Contact details entered into an enquiry are used to respond to it.

3. Why we collect it

  • To respond to your request for an introduction to a bank.
  • To arrange a bank introduction after your separate confirmation. We do not prepare or submit loan applications.
  • To contact you about that enquiry or introduction.
  • To meet our own legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

4. Who we disclose it to

Before an introduction, we identify the bank and the details to be shared and obtain your affirmative confirmation by WhatsApp or email. An enquiry alone does not authorise sharing. We record the confirmation against your enquiry.

No introduction details are shared with a bank until you confirm. An introduction request is not a loan application. Discuss any application or credit checks directly with the bank.

Vercel provides website hosting, Supabase provides enquiry storage and account authentication, and Resend delivers website enquiry emails to our team. For manual form submissions, these emails include the name, company, email, phone number, financing amount and message you provide, together with a workspace link. Myinfo Business notifications contain only a protected workspace link; retrieved identity data and documents are not included in email. These providers may process information outside Singapore. We also disclose information where required by law or a regulator.

5. How long we keep it

Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed and no later than 12 months from submission. Matthew reviews upcoming retention deadlines monthly and handles cleanup of company-controlled records, messages and exports. Records needed for an active matter, dispute or legal obligation may be retained longer for that purpose. Protected backups expire under provider schedules; applicable deletions must be reapplied after a restore. A bank may have its own obligations for information it holds.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may:

  • Ask for access — request the personal data we hold about you and how it has been used or disclosed in the past year.
  • Ask for correction — have anything inaccurate or incomplete put right.
  • Withdraw consent — tell us to stop collecting, using or disclosing your data. We will tell you what that means for an introduction already in progress, and we may be unable to continue arranging it.

Write to our privacy contact using the details in section 8. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible, and if we cannot respond within 30 days we will tell you when we can.

7. How we protect it

We make reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data in our possession against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. Data is transmitted to this website over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Privacy contact

Questions, access and correction requests, withdrawals of consent, and complaints about how we have handled your personal data should go to:

Matthew, privacy enquiries: admin@leadadvs.com.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise the matter with the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.
