This website is operated by Lead Advisor Pte. Ltd. (“Lead Advisors”, “we”, “us”), a bank introduction service in Singapore, at A Posh bizhub, 1 Yishun Industrial Street 1, #07-18, Singapore 768160.

These terms govern your use of this website and of the enquiry, contact and application forms on it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

They sit alongside our privacy policy, which explains how we handle personal data.

Everything on this website is general information about business and personal financing. It is not financial advice, and nothing on it is an offer of credit or a promise that credit will be made available to you. That includes our guides and explainers, our comparison pages, and any figure produced by a calculator or estimator on this site. Those figures are illustrations produced from the numbers you type in. They are not a quotation, and no lender is bound by them.

We do not know your circumstances from your visit to this site. Nothing here takes account of your financial position, your obligations or your objectives, and you should not act on it as though it did. Before you commit to any financing, read the lender’s own documents and, if you are unsure, take advice from someone qualified to give it on your situation.

For product information, application requirements or terms specific to your business, speak directly with the bank.

Our role is limited to introducing clients to banks. We do not recommend loan products, negotiate terms or submit applications. Sending us an enquiry, completing a form, or verifying your particulars does not create any agreement between you and a lender, and does not oblige us to act for you.

Every application is decided by the lender, on the lender’s own criteria, in the lender’s own time. We cannot approve an application and we cannot guarantee that any lender will. Any financing you take is governed by the agreement between you and that lender, not by these terms.

You agree that the information you give us is accurate, complete and your own to give, and that you will tell us if it changes while we are arranging your requested introduction. We rely on it to contact you and arrange an introduction you have requested. You discuss products, terms and applications directly with the bank.

If the information is wrong or incomplete, an application may be delayed, withdrawn or declined, and we are not responsible for that outcome. Where you submit someone else’s details, you confirm you are entitled to do so.

How we handle what you send is set out in our privacy policy.

We write the material on this site carefully, but lending criteria, products and market conditions change, and a page that was accurate when it was written may not be accurate when you read it. We do not undertake to keep every page current, and we may change or remove content without notice.

Nothing here is a substitute for advice specific to your circumstances, or for the terms a lender actually offers you.

This site links to other websites, and mentions banks, lenders and other organisations. We do not control them. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content, products, terms or practices of any third party, or for anything you agree with them.

Where we name another organisation it is to describe the market or to help you compare options. Their names and marks belong to them.

The text, design, graphics, layout and other material on this site belong to us or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other rights.

You may read the site, and print or download extracts for your own reference or to discuss financing with us. You may not republish, resell, systematically copy or scrape it, or use it to build a competing service, without our written permission.

The site is made available as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss you suffer by relying on general information on this site rather than on advice specific to your circumstances, for loss arising from the site being unavailable or containing an error, or for the acts of a lender or other third party.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. If any part of this section is found to go further than the law permits, that part applies only so far as it lawfully can, and the rest of these terms continues to apply.

This section is about the website. It does not affect the duties we owe you when you engage us and we act on your behalf.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date it took effect is shown at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this website, are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.
